– It is a summer break holidays for the week for those who stay oversea. Some of our friends will be coming back from US, Europe and Australia to join our 25 years reunion. We have limited weeks for summer holidays and this is the prefer date for some of our friends who have committed to fly back from other part of the world.
– On why 2019, it is in conjunction with our 25 years silver Jubilee reunion. Hope to see everyone on 3rd August 2019!
The very reason why we put the time at such cause we want to avoid ending too late.
– Mainly because the reunion involved teachers. We want teachers to join the reunion.
– The teachers wont be able to and they rather don’t join us if it is evening/night ie. the usual dinner time where the dismissal is at 9pm & beyond.
– Meet the teachers & chat with them and you will find out that they hv aged. Even a few of them whom we thought they are fit. They dare not drive at night.
– But to dismiss at 7pm or before the sky turns dark. They are still keen to drive & they are very much looking forward to meet us!
– Initially we wanted to do the reunion @ 1st half of the day and make it a lunch. But after receiving some feedback from friends who are keen to come for the reunion but can’t travel back on time, we decided to make it a little later.
– 4pm enable them to have sufficient time to travel back from outstation.
– Some have work half day on Saturday. They will be able to join us if its @ 2nd half of the day.
– Some are coming on a day trip. Ending the event at 7pm enable them to still hv time to travel back home. Not all are staying over.
The good thing about 4pm :
* It gives time for the team to have sufficient time to set up the hall.
* There are some friends wish to visit the school & hang around there for a while to remember the good old days. We can do that @ 1st half of the day.
* When the Reunion ends officially at 7pm. Those who need to go back can be excused. Those who still want to continue the chats..we still have the whole night to hang around & chit chat.
– This is a reunion for KACSIANs Class of 1994. Your spouse will not be able to appreciate the topics that we all have in common, i.e. the classrooms, our history, our teachers. They will most definitely feel bored during our session.
-As for bringing kids, they will also be running around the venue, and you will not be able to concentrate on our meeting. You will not be able to enjoy the session fully.
– But if needed to bring along your spouse. The cost will be still at RM160 (without doorgift & souvenirs).
– As for children. We will not encourage but the cost will be at RM100/child of all ages if they are to attend.
***Alternatively, you can let your spouse & children spend time at the swimming pool at the roof top floor of Grand Kampar Hotel during our reunion gathering from 4pm to 7pm.
Grand Kampar is more convenient to host 100+ people for us to mingle around. We will try to arrange some get together session at the school to have a walk in the memory lane on the same weekend if possible.
– Doing it at hotel makes the catering of food easier.
– We don’t need to waste time on the food arrangement & cleaning up the place after the event.
– This allows us to have more time to mingle with friends.
-Air-cond venue is more comfortable & conducive.
– We would want a longer & uninterrupted session chatting with friends.
– Rented hall make it possible compare to restaurant.
– The Hotel is serving halal and vegetarian food to cater for our different group of friends.
– We want to maximize the interaction moments during the short few hours of gathering.
– Buffet style enable people to mingle around. There will be more interruption with 8-course serving.
– Buffet style also enable free seats arrangement than confining to table seating.
– There will be a tshirt for all who signed & paid up.
– All who signed up before the deadline will get a personalized tshirt with name printed. Those who sign up after the deadline will still get a tshirt without personalizes name printed (while stock lasts).
– Tshirts will be distributed before the event & all are encouraged to come in the tshirt. Not compulsory though.
– Do come in colour theme : orange or red if possible.

4:00pm – Registration start
4:30pm – Photo booth opens
5:00pm – Grand opening of Class of 94 – 25 years Reunion!
5:30pm – Activities
6:00pm – Dinner
7:00pm – Dismiss
Besides all the expenses. Eg.food & venue rental. Even minus off the gifts & souvenirs. Our intention is very much to bless the teachers & the school. The teachers will be fully paid. And we want to do a pledge/donation to the school under the title of 94 batch.
